<p>I'm also taking Ac Dec during first period, but elected to have it not go on my transcript.</p>
<p>That's only six classes... I see a lot of people on here with 8. Most kids at my school take 5.</p>

<p>That schedule seems appropriately rigorous. How many classes you can take varies on your school. If your school averages five courses, 4 APs, 1 Honors, and 2 online seem to be good.</p>
<p>no english? top 20 schools want 4 years of english. and ill be honest, ap ES is not really expected to be as rigorous as your other AP’s. but if you have the english problem solved, yes this is a rigorous schedule.</p>

Yeah, I meant AP English language. I’m taking Spanish 2 over the summer.</p>
<p>Is this HYPSM level? The workload just seems really easy. Environmental is a joke, Biology is fairly easy, Macro/Micro are supposedly easy…</p>
<p>Only difficult classes are APUSH, Lang, and maybe Pre-Cal.</p>
<p>^Well, at my school that schedule would have been decently intense. If I had that schedule (and my schedules were HYPSM level), I’d strongly consider adding another class if I had room in the day. But alas, there are only so many classes you can take in HS, especially if your school requires lunch, gym, a study hall, advisory period, etc. My school didn’t require lunch, but I would always make sure I had lunch, which meant taking classes before school started (you may not have that option though).</p>
<p>Or instead of adding a class you could decide to do something like AP Physics or Chem instead of AP envirosci. Those will probably be harder and better received by top schools. But I figure you’re probably going to do both next year, right? Or you could just add a work intensive elective, like photography or chorus or something.</p>

I took AP Chem sophomore year. I also had AP Physics, but the teacher was lousy so I dropped it and do not plan on going back.</p>
<p>I’ve kind of taken all the available AP classes. The only things I could add are AP Stats or AP Studio Art, both of which I would do poorly in.</p>
<p>My only option is Spanish 2 or some dumb filler class like Honors anatomy.</p>
