Is my teacher talking out of his ***?

Basically, my government teacher has some vague and silly questions on his tests. He has questions that everyone misses, year after year, because the correct answer isn’t what he says it is or because there are two-three correct answers. When we complain after every test, he justifies it by saying these questions are from Yale, Harvard, or Princeton.
Do these universities put out AP US Government questions? And are these questions that silly?

post some examples of the questions. they might be legitimate questions after all.
but to the best of my knowledge, i’ve never head of those schools making AP questions for the exam, they might be questions from US Gov 101 in those schools though

they may be college-level questions; AP Gov is a college level class. But he’s obviously exaggerating when he says they are from Harvard and Yale. So tell him I said he’s talking out of his a** for me :D
