Is National Latin Exam an Honor?

<p>I got a perfect paper on Level I NLE and gold medal on level II. Are they considered honors? How should I write that they're honors? Should write them as two honors ie. Paper paper level I and on the second line write that gold medal (summa cum laude) level 2?</p>
