Yes
I saw the ISEE Verbal is a little low than the requiremet. So a little worried.
Doesn’t Choate strongly prefer the SSAT?
Great. In any event, those are very good scores so fine to submit.
It is “OK” for you to apply to any BS. Nothing is stopping you. If you are asking for your chances, you are asking in the wrong forum (re-post in Chances and supply a lot more information).
Scores are only one piece of the admissions rubric and are almost never the sole reason for admission or rejection. The general advice is to select schools where your stats are at or above the average for that school. High scores won’t be the reason for admission but, if your scores are at or below the posted lower end for a school, they would indicate that you might struggle to keep up academically in that pool, so that school might not be a good fit for you. Schools use scores as an indicator of whether or not you’ll be able to do the work at their school. If you fall into their posted range, you check that box, and they move on to other parts of your application.
Thanks for the explanation.
Thank you. I wish I saw this explanation prior to now.
