<p>Well I am going to live in Spens-Black Hall on the top floor. I have had some questions that are burning in my skull and out my retinas. I know that every year is different but on average is Spens-Black the dorm with all the late-night crazies and debauchery. I really hate being bored and serious and enjoy being around wild and foolish people. So does Spens-Black normally uphold the tradition of being the wildest dorm? Also do they still have rats?</p>
