Is taking 4 ap classes too much?

I’ll be a senior and I want to take 4 ap classes to bring my gpa up I want to take
Ap psychology
Ap government
Ap macro economic
Ap biology
Then the other classes are really easy classes. I’m good at schince and history so I thought that I would be fine and I have taken college classes before. In our school ap biology and ap Economics are really hard and ap psychology and ap government are considered easy. All the teacher late I know and are really good. So i don’t know what to do. Is 4 ap classes too much work?

I took AP Psych and AP Gov last year as a junior. AP Gov was honestly so easy. I was crying through my entire final (band audition result drama) and still got a 97 on the test. If you’re an active citizen who has kept up with the news you should be fine. AP Psych was difficult for some people because of the amount of vocab involved. However, most people flourish because since the class is so interesting students actually enjoy their work and therefore learn it well.

I really don’t think 4 APs will be too much work. I took 4 my junior year and I felt fine. I’m taking 5 senior year (hopefully that works out) . If you manage your time well I assure you that you will not drown.

Thank you so much and I hope everything works out for you too. But finally we’re seniors

Hi,

My school doesn’t offer AP Economics (macro and micro). I was thinking of self-studying either through Princeton Review or Barrons. The reason I want to tackle AP Economics is because I find it interesting and less mundane then the generic APs my school offers. Would you suggest I do this, and if so which book should I use to study.

Thanks
