Is taking 5 AP classes too much to handle for my junior year of high school ?

Honestly, sounds completely manageable. I can’t speak for calc AB or computer science but I can speak about the rest.

Chemistry to me is quite easy IMO after this year’s curriculum change, but unit exams (that consists of 3-4 chapters being tested on) are Texas curved. I also never did any homework (they were all optional), and rarely studied but still managed around an 87…

Language, if you do all your homework you would definitely pull a b at my school, for an A, I think you’ll need decently high grades on your essays though.

Lastly for history, in my school, there are so many easy points and weekly quizzes have the answers online. I think you’ll be fine, just do your best and get all homework done. It might be time consuming but the internet has literally all the resources I need for the class.

This semester, however, I’m pulling a 94 in APUSH and close to 90’s in all my AP classes (still without studying but at least I’m getting homework done). Wish me luck as well!
