<p>worth going to? I recently received an invitation to it. Does anyone know how many people this is sent out to? Is it prestigious? I am looking into a future in law and the law 10 day session looks interesting. Is it worth it?</p>
<p>I used to be interested in those types of deals, but they were way too expensive for my family to handle. If it helps, I never spent a dime on my ECs and I got into decent schools.</p>
<p>My son participated in a People to People leadership program last Summer and found it very worthwhile. He spent half his time in DC and the other in NYC. Stayed on college campuses, spent time with other students his age from all over the world, and learned a lot about Model UN-type issues, as this was the focus of his program. I would definitely enroll my other two children, whether or not it was considered "cool" to admissions directors.</p>
