<p>No, there is not. You can accept it anytime from here on out until the end of the Spring '12 semester. I suggest taking out a loan only if you feel you need to. Sometimes, outside scholarship will pay for most of your expenses and you might not need loans. Therefore, wait and see if the loans will be necessary and then accept it.</p>
