Is there a huge difference between Indiana and Miami (OH)?

Since both schools have highly ranked B-schools, is there a big advantage or lack of, when choosing one over the other? I'm sort of leaning towards Miami since if I transfer to IU there's a chance I may or may not get into their B-school, and I'm already doing the same thing at Wisconsin. So would there be any difference, if any, between the two?

If you are guaranteed admission to the business school at Miami, than I would go to Miami. One grade less than a “B” your first semester at IU can potentially keep you from getting into Kelley. Kelley is only marginally better for accounting per the 2009 Public Accounting Report rankings (Kelly is #6; Miami is #17), but not worth the risk for an OOS student that has a good alternative like Miami. Both campuses are beautiful.
