<p>Underage drinking is a bootable offense the first time you are caught even under the presumption of being hammered at my school.</p>
<p>Of course they know the drinking age is 21, but they still drink. The existence of such a law doesn't magically stop underage drinking, its inevitable in my opinion.</p>
