<p>Yes. Williams now takes account of financial need for international applicants, so the fact that you don’t require aid is a big mark in your favor.</p>

<p>There are a few ways to take your question:

  1. Do I have chance? Definitely
  2. Is ED my best chance of being admitted? Yes.
  3. Is it highly likely I would be admitted RD anyway, so that I don’t really need to apply ED? Maybe.</p>

<p>As you know Williams is highly selective and a great HS academic record and test scores are no guarantee of admission. Of necessity, they waitlist or deny many outstanding applicants. If you really, really, really want to go to Williams, then apply ED.</p>
