Is there ANY chance for me? I need serious advice, please!

Is there any chances for me at top schools like Columbia? I currently attend a school in Canada and my GPA is very bad.. Even though anything over 80% is considered an A here, and even though my school is a very competitive school in Canada(we have 3 people going to ivies this year -- Harvard, Yale and Cornell, and more to non-ivy competitive schools), my average has been very bad. In my freshman year, it was around 86, so it wasn't TERRIBLE, but I suffered from depression and eating disorder in grade 10 and part of grade 11(I had them in grade 9 too, but not as serious), so I had 77 in grade 10 and 81 in grade 11. I don't want it to sound like an excuse but it did impact my marks by a lot. I'm pretty confident that I will be getting over 90 in my senior year though. I'm assuming there is no chance for me left over, since I've screwed up everything, but just asking.

Also, I used to take medication for ADHD that my pediatrician prescribed(but I'm not 100% sure if I have ADHD, even though it's pretty likely). That might have been contributing to the low GPA also.

About the reasons why I slacked off so much during the years: I don't want to do stuff like getting doctor's note to put in my college application, or even telling my school guidance counselor about my past disorders(so that he can mention it in his recommendation). It sounds so overrated and the admission officers will probably take it as an excuse(they probably run into this kind of thing a lot). So for sure it won't help much either...

My SAT I score on first attempt was 2110, but I'm studying hard this time and probably retaking. I'm taking my SAT II's in October, and I'm pretty confident that I will get over 700 for them. But now I am wondering, if I have no chance because of my GPA, what is the point of me taking the SATs? I'd only be wasting my precious time of my senior year and money. I just want to know if I have a chance so I can decide whether to try or not.

I need some serious advice, and please be realistic with me. Thanks so much!
