A score between 1-5 doesn't say much. Is there any way of knowing your exact scores on the sections? Or should I believe the little voice in my head that says it'll be a mystery forever?

You are correct. Your 1-5 score is the only information you will ever receive regarding your performance though a few tests may have subscores that are also scored on the 5-point scale (Music Theory and Calculus BC come to mind).

Yeah, it kind of sucks, I would really like to know exactly how I did on my AP world test. :/

The only way you could possibly find out the score for a section of an exam is if one or more of your FRQ answers are picked as a sample response and put on the apcentral website.

Your teacher gets a mailing that has a summary of the classe’s scores. It tells them how many people got X score on X essay and several other things. We found out what my friend got on one of his essays because he was the only person in the class who took that essay xD

That is very cool. I shall go and ask my teacher.

You could road trip to New Jersey and bring a gun.

I self-studied for AP Physics B and didn’t put a teacher down. My honors chemistry teacher ended up giving it to me. Do you guys still think I can ask the AP Physics B teacher for this breakdown of the score?

Haha. I’ll be the only kid to take AP Spanish Lit next year :] So I guess if I wanted I could call my teacher and ask what it says.

nicksyn, that’s perfect! You’ll be one of the few to actually know your scores then. I wish I could know mine!

You could also order your Free Response back and have your teacher grade it. It would only tell you what you might have gotten though.

I like your style christiansoldier.

…I just realized that I misread this thread. This is what happens when you browse CC late at night. >_<
