Is there still a chance that I'll be put in non-temp housing?

I'm going to send my housing info in tomorrow, the delay was due to several factors, many of which are purely my fault. If i apply tomorrow, is there any way that I'll get into decent housing? Btw, I've chosen

ISR
Gregory
Peabody

A little help here?

At this point, your chances of getting into ISR are kind of slim. I think you still have a decent chance of not getting placed into temporary housing, but you might not get any of your choices. I actually sent in my housing forms at the end of April because I was pretty indecisive about where to go. Afterwards, I was informed that I'd be placed into housing based on space availability, and I was surprisingly placed into non-temporary housing. I'm not so sure if the results were much better than temporary-housing though. I ended up in a pretty uncomfortable triple room on the top floor of FAR.

If you find out that you you're not placed into the dorms you chose, then you should try to actively get the university to squeeze you into one of your choices.

This thread explains how you can try to request a room if you're not satisfied with where you're placed:

I hear the most people like the temp housing better than regular. Also they will get your moved eventually. It's really not a huge deal.
