Is there still chance I'll be getting a scholarship?

<p>I was admitted to the college of communication (as an RTF major), and I made the silly mistake of missing the ApplyTexas scholarship deadline. I hear my friends getting scholarships under their honors programs, but I didn't apply to any since communication doesn't offer an honors program. </p>

<p>So basically, I've applied for nothing. Does the communication college ever offer scholarships to students without any applications? I'm fairly sure I would be competitive enough for some sort of merit scholarship or something, but I'm afraid it's not looking too good for me...</p>

<p>Sorry to say but since you did not do the app on apply Texas then nope. But internal scholarships are different you can apply to those they require a separate application. Do you have any backup schools, because ut does not award a lot of fin. Aid p. Good luck</p>

<p>There are very few merit scholarships at UT, some have merit requirements but are mostly financial need based.</p>
