Is this schedule demanding? It seems to me like it's awefully easy... Anyways, I want to have a decently challenging schedule to posess a competitive application in the future so Im really worried.

It's a typical first semester honors program schedule. In fact, pre-business schedules also tend to look something like that. It's nothing special, but it's broad with math and humanities and language, so it's a good balance, if that's what you're going for. The challenge is up to the individual, so I'm in no position to call that "awfully easy." Remember that a schedule can be demanding for some people and less demanding for others. Also, for many classes, you might have a GSI that isn't the best teacher around.

I don't know anything about Chinese, but the posts on this site regarding Economics 101 says it's pretty tough and requires alot of time. Of course, the difficultly of the course has often been attributed to the B-School wannabes who need a decent grade in this course to get into Ross.

I thought you were already pre-admitted to Ross. Or are you talking about grad school?

Lots of different kind of people take Econ 101, so you get a lot of varying opinions. Honors students and engineers tend to not have any problem with it.

Chidkenlord, you are definitely thinking further ahead than I am. I'm just focusing on getting acclimated my first semester by taking basic required coures, plus one honors course.
