<p>That is a pretty standard UC package. It allows you to go to a great college at a minimal cost. </p>

<p>If you reduce some of your expenses, you can reduce the loans you take. You might look for cheaper living accommodations off campus for later years, for instance, and go off meal plan and buy your own food. Buy used books. Get cheap phone plan.</p>
