I am a sophomore at a pretty competitive high school and I need advice for my schedule for the most important year of HS, for my junior I am taking:
AP Calc AB
AP US History
AP English Language
AP Environmental Science
AP Psychology
and journalism (which is our school newspaper where I am an editor)
How much homework should I expect, will colleges like this schedule, is it rigorous enough since two of my AP’s are considered easy APs?
It’s definitely well-balanced.
As to how much homework you should expect, you should ask your teachers in each respective AP course to get a better idea.
College will like this schedule and it’s rigorous enough as long as you keep your GPA up.

Thank you for replying! I tried to do a mix of easy and hard so that i can have both the gpa boost but show colleges that I try, hope it works out well :)…
That’s an extremely rigorous schedule, and be sure to expect lots of homework.
For AP Lang, start reviewing rhetorical strategies early; they will be worthwhile for you to know them once it comes time for you to take the exam. Its really never too early to start preparing.
