Alright, I’ve said this comment (or something similar) so many times, but I’ll say it once more. Rigor of a schedule varies for school to school. In my school, this schedule would be ridiculously hard (nevermind the fact that juniors can’t take AP English Lit, AP Latin, or AP Psychology/APES). My school teaches AP courses at, at least according to alumni, college level. AP English Lit has a long second semester independant English research paper, and, well, tou probably get the idea.
Chance are that your school’s AP courses are taught very differently from mine. I, and probably not anyone else on CollegeConfidential, can give you a good, accurate estimation of you schedule’s rigor/if it’s rigorous enough.
Rigor of a schedule also depends on external factors, such as clubs and sports; how much time do you spend on them? The more time your extracurriculars take, the less time you have to do homework and study.
To get and answer to your question, if your schedule is rigorous enough, ask yourself: does your schedule contain the most difficult/AP/honors classes as you want, as you can take, OR as you can handle? If you said yes, that you’re schedule is fine; it’s rigorous enough. However, if you answered ‘no’ to the above, you may want to take some more time to think about your schedule.
If you worry about homework loads or rigor at your school, try asking people who have taken the courses you plan to take. If you can, try to ask the teacher who teaches the course.
Summary: We can’t give you an accurate answer. Are you happy with your schedule? If not, why? (It’s best if you read the whole thing).
