Is this a good sign?

I was deferred EA from Harvard. I wrote two letters to the admissions officers (one to Fitzsimmons and one to my local officer). Today I received a personal letter (handwritten!) from the local officer thanking me for my letters and additional essay. Is this a good sign or is it normal?

well i think its just that they appreciate your work.

definitely a good sign

hey - extra attention can't be bad.

yes, i believe it is a good sign. it was handwritten :D whatever comes out of the admission office handwritten to applicants is a good sign :D

where can you find out who's your local admissions officer?

I met my admissions officer (for FL) at a local meeting thing over the summer.

yep...sounds like a good sign to me...what kind of things did you say in your letters?

^^^ Lmao...........

how do u find out who ur local admissions officer is?

I just said why I wanted to go to Harvard. I tried to make it sincere and honest.

if u were only the few who got a handwritten note, u'll definately be placed above the other deferrees!
