I really don't know what is considered a "rigorous" schedule, but is mine close?
And do you think it matters much if I drop Latin Senior year? I really wanted to take accounting and photography so I had to.
Thanks!

Your schedule is reasonable in terms of rigor regardless of where you want to apply. But, you should find a way to finish four years of Latin. For many schools it is important or even required to take 4 years of a foreign language.

To take Latin senior year, I would either have to drop AP Environmental (I would still graduate with 3 years/4 classes/5 credits of science) or not take accounting. But I want to experience a few electives too…

You might or might not need four years of language, depending on what schools you apply to. Look at the admissions websites or common data sets of some the schools you are interested in to see whether they recommend four years of language. Even if the schools you want now don’t recommend four years, by taking four years of language you will keep more options open to you. Have you thought of skipping Soc junior year and taking accounting then?

Absolutely rigorous. I agree though, you should drop accounting (or preferably photo if you can). Colleges definitely look for 4 years of language.

When colleges look at “rigor”, they will always compare the classes you’re taking to the classes offered at your school. Say for example that your schedule has all the possible APs offered at your school, then that would be considered “rigorous”. It really depends on what your school is offering.

Sociology is a half year course so accounting wouldn’t fit in Junior year. I definetly want to keep photography (also a half year course) because it’s my main hobby and a passion of mine.
I could always drop accounting, but I really was looking forward to seeing how I liked the business classes.
