<p>You know last year around RD admissions time I received a very beat up package from MIT. It looked identical to the catalog package, and I wasn't expecting admissions to arrive until the week after. So I wasn't all that excited when I opened it. I got in. I still wasn't all that excited. Oh well.</p>

<p>So does Florida get a lot of applicants EALRY? How many Hispanic or Puerto Ricans applicants do you think they get early cuz I mean....there are only 25 Puerto Ricans in this years freshmen class. SO maybe like 200 applied total and 50 regular....? That number stills seems too high!</p>

<p>the more view books they send out the more applications they get, and hence harvard is able to once again retain its outrageoulsy low admit rate which only aids its "prestige" and ranking. so no, view book means absolutely nothing. however you did get fooled.</p>
