Our library system has multiple copies, I reserved it online and waited for the email telling me it was on hold for me.
I got a 2 year old copy for $1 in a college bookstore 
It’s well worth reading, I’ve lent it to other parents many times since then.
Good book for need-based aid. It does not cover merit aid.
