Hi everyone, I am currently a senior and am trying to finalize my application list. Currently it is at 12 schools, which may be too many. Here it is:
Carnegie Mellon
Case Western
Cornell
Georgia Tech
Harvey Mudd
Maryland
Pitt
Princeton
Rpi
Temple
WashU
Wpi
My question is do you think this is a good list? I plan on applying for computer science. Is the list too long? Some basic stats: 2210 sat, 770 sat2 math, us history, and physics. 4.6 weighted gpa, 4.0 unweighted. 9 Ap classes throughout high school the rest have been honors. Member of various clubs leadership positions in a few. 200 and counting service hours. Many awards, a few notable ones are Eagle Scout, 1st place individual and team at states for chess, first place national team for chess (in our division). Is my list good? Should I shrink it? Sorry for the wall of text and thanks for your help!
Tl:dr is my list good?
