Is this possible?

I am an international student and came to u.s late. I didnt have enough time to prepare to go to the college that I want and I made a lot of mistake in high school by not trying my best. Right now, my gpa is around 3.7uw, higher in weighted and I scored a little bit more than 2000 and have not fabulous but wellrounded ec's. I wanted to apply to an ivy league school but I didnt even take SAT subject tests so I don't meet the requirements. With my stat, I will probably be accepted to a good state school at best (i am looking at u of illinois and wisconsin-madison + some suny schools). What I am planning on doing is once I get accepted to those state schools, I will have next 6 monhts until graduation and in that time, I wanna retake SAT1 and pull it up to possibly 2250 2300+ and take SAT subject tests till June. Then with those good test scores + more ec's, once I start the state university in the fall, I want to transfer to an ivy league school in the spring.

Does this sound like a possible plan? Anyone please?
I am not just crazy about any ivy league. There is one school that I really want to go to for reasons and have been researching for long but I just don't meet the requirements to even apply.

Please give me some advice. Thank you.

You’re fine. I get the vibe that since you’re coming from the international waters, you’re more worried than you should be.
Raise that SAT. Take SAT subject tests. Get your EC’s down, join a club, start one, etc. Apply to a T25 and you’ll land a couple. If you’re not happy from where you are, then look to transfer to an Ivy.
Remember, you don’t need to go to an Ivy to have a successful life. If you have the necessary skills, you can come out of rock bottom and make it big.
Good luck.

Thank you for your reply!!
I am a senior now so I dont think i would have any more chances to take SATs after december and everything :(

So After I apply to all the colleges in january, I am going to start studying to retake SAT 1 and sat subject tests so that I have all the scores before I finish high school and when I go on to the state school in the following fall, I can just concentrate on college GPA and apply to trasfer in spring .
