Is this rigorous for junior year?

I go to a competitive school in NOVA that pretty much offers most AP classes. We give a 0.5 bump for honors classes and a 1.0 bump for DE/AP.

AP Calc BC
AP Language and Composition
AP US history
Honors Spanish 5
Honors Band
Economics
Conceptual physics
Study hall

Most kids take 3-4 AP junior year for admission into schools like VT and UVA so I think Im good there but would taking conceptual physics be worse than regular physics (I have no interest in science and both of them are considered academic since they do not have honors weight) I want to go to UVA, VT, or VCU by the way.

So when schools look at rigor do they look at the number of APs, or do they look at or honors vs academic classes taken? For context, I’ve challenged myself throughout HS with AP, honors and only a few academic.

The person to ask is your guidance counselor, not any one of us. Rigor is relative to what is offered in your HS.

The top tier colleges will want to see the guidance counselor check the box on the recommendation saying you have taken the most rigorous course-load available at your HS (which doesn’t mean taking every AP class – there is often some latitude in this). If the guidance counselor says that your prior and current HS schedules are sufficient to get that most rigorous box checked then you are fine.
