Is this serious enough to revoke admission...

I don't know if you saw my previous post but here's my question...
On my application it said that I did 4 years of track and field because I planned to but scheduling conflicts did not allow me to do both track and Calculus BC without some serious loss of class time so I made the obvious decision and opted out. Do you think this is serious enough to revoke my admission And since I have to tell them what e-mail address should I use?

How will they find out that you didn’t do Track and Field the last year? If they did find out, I guess they have a right to rescind your admission, but that won’t happen. Don’t worry about it. Just think through your obligations when doing an application next time.

i don’t feel that not doing track&field will be any reason to rescind you.

lol dude im in the exact same position as you… do you guys really think we dont need to let them know?

^How would they actually find out, though? Some people do Track and Field and don’t compete officially. In either case, this isn’t a serious thing. I’m sure one year of track and field wouldn’t have altered the admission decision in anyway.

If this was a misrepresented grade, like an A or a C, that might be different. Something this small wouldn’t have mattered anyway.

Agreeing with the other comments above. Track and field isn’t a course so UCSD shouldn’t really care.
