7 AP’s next year, 4 APs sophomore year, and 2 freshman year? My school doesn’t even allow APs freshman and sophomore year, and next year the most you can take is like 4, maybe 5 if you sacrifice your lunch (but even then you can still barely fulfill all of the schools ridiculous requirements like arts and practical/career skills).

Yes, my school is pretty open about taking AP classes. There are not many pre-requisites (except for the foreign languages, of course), but if you are not doing well in an AP class, it is pretty much on you.

It looks like you’re doing well, but don’t collapse junior year. That schedule looks pretty intimidating, but if you do well in them and score nearly perfect on your tests, then you’ll be on track for top schools.

However, I think you’re going to kill yourself with all of those AP classes your junior year, it will be a lot of work and time management. Do you really need those 2 history classes? Is that a subject you’re interested in and might study in college?
I know you want to look amazing to these schools, and so far, you do, it just looks like a lot. I suggest taking a few classes over the summer at a community college so you can give yourself 2-3 “easy” classes during the school year because you might burn yourself out taking 7 APs. And studying for all of them at the end of the year too! Or take the ones you’re really interested in and save some APs for your senior year.
But keep up the good work.

You’re on good track my friend, like a greaatt track. ECs look amazing for a sophomore too.

But for HYPS, push that SAT upto a 2200+, preferably a 2300 to be on the extreme safe side. And since you have time, do something amazing in your ECs. Nothing is out of reach then.

One more thing, to add bonus points, make sure your weighted is like 4.8 to 5.0, that would show that you are a strong A grade candidate AND you have taken a heavy course load!
