Is this too heavy of a course load?

Hey, this is what I plan on taking next semester and would like to get your opinion on it.

Physics 2170 (calc-based) 4 cr
MAT 2020 (Calc 2) 4 cr
CHM 1220 (CHem/ class before orgo chem) 4 cr
ENG 2120 (Fiction literature) 4 cr

PHY LAB
CHM LAB

I am a physics major, freshman and go to wayne sate. I don't if that matters.

I am currently taking

BIO 1510
CALC 1
ENG 1020
BIO LAB

I have all A's and do not feel that it is too challenging , but it has only been one month into the semester.

I think it depends a lot on the college, but it looks doable to me. Having the fiction literature in there will be a nice break from the science and math. Even if it’s not a super-easy course, just having something different can be helpful.
My standard for “doable” might be relatively high, though. Fall semester my sophomore year I took 3 lab classes, including organic chem and a graduate science course for a total of 21 credits. And this spring I had 2 writing intensive courses, an upper level seminar, and 2 lab courses. There were lots of sleepness nights, but when I managed to focus and stave off the procrastination, it was definitely doable. Enjoyable? That’s another question. I might be an academic masochistic. I am filling my remaining electives with upper level math courses…

Ha! I would also consider myself an academic masochistic. Thank you for your response.
