Perhaps he would like his taxes increased to provide more funding to PSU and Pitt and the other state supported schools so that they can allow rooms to go empty if they can’t estimate their yield down to exact number. Why be economically smart; lets just raise taxes. They are not private schools and have a public duty to efficiently magage tuition and other funds.</p>
