Is UC a commuter school?

<p>Hey there
Visited UC a few days ago. Really liked it. (Some of the surrounding parts were a little sketchy but whatever)</p>

<p>I did notice that only 10% of students were out of state... Would you consider UC to be a mostly commuter school? I'm from relatively far (New Jersey) and don't really want to be stuck on campus with no one else there on the weekends, among other things.</p>

<p>Edit: I should also note I'm interested in the Business school if that makes a difference.</p>
