Is UCLA a vague possibility?

<p>I'm a student of DPS Bangalore, India; currently in class 11.
I scored a 9.4 CGPA in class 9 and a 9.6 CGPA in class 10. My main fear is my 11th score, I presume 70% is the maximum I can manage, unfortunately.
ECs-
Participated in an Italian student exchange program.
Lead a project at an International environmental youth conference, hosted a Sri Lankan as a part of it.
Member of NSS(Social service club) at school for 2 years.
Worked in 2 NGOs
Founded a project- 'Art&Soul' directed at providing underprivileged students, talented in the field of art, a platform to express themselves.
Co-founded a student magazine committee, at our school, aimed at encouraging students to express themselves through literature.
Learnt Bharatnatyam for 7 years.
Took 3 courses in fine art, over the past 3 years.
Displayed my art work, at a top art gallery in the city. </p>

<p>What are my chances? How can I improve them? Where do I stand; What other colleges do I have a shot at? </p>

<p>Are you able to take the SAT/ACT? Test scores play an unfortunately huge role in admissions, and it’s hard to judge your application without them. Also, I’m presuming your GPA is out of 10? Most US schools have a GPA on a 4.0 scale, so once again idk.</p>
