Is UToronto Early Admissions Binding?

HI! UToronto is the only Canadian school I’m applying to, and I have no idea how anything works over there. If I submit by the Nov. 7 deadline and get accepted, do I have to go (like early decision)? Or is it non-binding like early action?

Canadian universities do not have ED binding admission, that is an American thing.
