isn't mizzou kinda easy to get into?

from what i hear, mizzou itself isn't that hard to get into.

i have a 3.5 gpa, top half of class, tons of volunteer hours, member of NHS, latin club president, basketball manager, sports editor, and i've won numerous latin competitions.

people are saying i'm a shoo-in. do i really have a decent chance?

It’s easy if you fall within the parameters that they have set. You either make it or you don’t - PERIOD!!

Different programs have tougher standards to get in. Journalism for example has higher admission requirements than the regular school (example College of Arts and Science). If you don’t have the requirements but you still fall into the school’s requirements you are still admitted as a Pre-Journalism student in the college of Arts and Science.

Here are the regular school admissions:

Check it out to see where you fall :)

what if i didn’t take a math my senior year but i have taken algebra 1(8th grade), geometry, algebra 2, and pre-cal. i’m still good right?

It’s ok since it’s four years starting with Algebra 1.
