Issue with MyCSULB Account. please help !

<p>I called the CSULB school to obtain my campus wide ID. I wrote it down from the admin rep and repeated the code back correctly. However, when i tried to login, the website still says that I did not enter the correct Campus Wide ID or date of birth . What could the problem be and do I need to call them again or just send an email?</p>

<p>My son has the same problem. He emailed but no response since last week.</p>

<p>Hey folks, I hope you guys have figured it out by now, but in case you haven’t, I called CSULB and the guy told me to clear my browsing history and to remove all caches. </p>

<p>I wasn’t able to do that for personal reasons, so I simply used a different browser. In my case I switched from my usual Google Chrome to the never-touched Safari. It worked for me, and I logged in and completed the supplemental.</p>

<p>So if you click on the “Complete the Transfer Supplemental” link and get taken to “myCSULB” where it asks for an ID and PW, then you’re a victim of this bug or whatever. If it’s functioning properly, then it should take you to a little page where it just asks you for the Campus ID given in the email, nothing about Passwords or activation</p>
