myCSULB account activation

I have received the official email of my acceptance from CSULB on the 16th and tried today on the 17th to activate my student account on myCSULB. I will not let me get past the first page, and says that my information is wrong. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Does anyone know what to do?

I had that problem when I first received my email, give it more time, I was able to make my account, I’d say if it doesn’t work by tomorrow then call their offices.
