It just hit me.

I only have one more year of grade school left.

Ever.

Damn.

Scarey, huh?

Decades of torture, anxiety, and sickness… and then, death.

grade school as in 12th grade or grade school like 5th grade?
either way, both suck.

omg same here =O.
oh wells. aren’t you excited for college ?

I feel so old…

it’s like, why do we even try so hard if we’re gonna die anyway?? i always ask myself this question but get over the feeling in a couple minutes… lol

^ ahh those philosophical questions. yeah i think about those too.

pshhhh i am so excited to get outta high school!!

^ werd. too much high school drama. but i know i’ll miss it ;[

Ugh, death. The idea of someday not existing to someone that is presently existing is frightening. And despite the fact that my normal remaining life span is quite large does not comfort me, as every passing second shortens it, and I know that when I’m old and decrepit I’ll think back over this and realize how much time has passed and how little time I have left.

wait until you realize that only one summer separates you from your college experience.

^ I’ll bet that would feel weird.

Yeah, I think next year will be the worst, seeing as thats the year that grades matter, I will be studying 24/7 and have no life :(

Forget that! You’re going to COLLEGE soon!

But after college, we become cynical, self-centered, uncaring adults who trudge anxiously and unwillingly through every day and just loathe themselves every day more and more until we retire, after which we run out the clock in some damn glorified prison for old people, and then we all just quit living, by which time we’ll have had to come to peace with the reality of slowly deteriorating underground for the rest of eternity, and any mark we made on the planet while alive slowly fading away…
/melodrama :P

haha I don’t have to go to grade school anymore EVER

The thought of death is always mad depressing,
Everyone works so hard throughout life, only to all die at the end.
Also, all the people who seek to better the lives of everyone else and society in general work to help people that will all eventually die.

But then again, even though I hate Miley Cyrus and her lewd, obscene behavior, her song “The Climb” is truthful in that life is not about the final destination/goal, but about the journey to that light at the end of the vivid, infinitely bright tunnel.

miley cyrus. oh god. haha. but i get it.

Why do you mention Mile Cyrus in every thread?

I mentioned it in one other thread…
I assume you’re referring to the governor thread?

It could be my sister blaring the montana youtube videos next to me, and the hatred might stem from her actually trying to justify slutty facebook pictures with cyrus’s behavior.
Hypothetical reasons, of course.

I apologize for the overwhelming cynicism and sarcasm.
