It's the small things

Living on a farm in rural central CA, I haven't had a chance to visit Mt. Holyoke. Actually, I wasn't even able to have an interview considering there were no alumnae in a moderate driving distance. I'm applying RD, so I'm still waiting for April 1st, or there abouts, but I was pleasantly surprised yesterday to find a lovely handwritten note from Lauren Cook relating how she is reviewing my app and that she especially liked my essay about the farm. It was quite a thoughtful, personal touch. Just thought I'd mention!

I think you will find "the personal touch" typical of Mount Holyoke.
Good Luck and best wishes,

I just came across your post. Since you haven't visited MHC, you might want to check out our new virtual tour, which just launched yesterday. One of our main goals was to help people who live far away get a feel for life at MHC.

It's at <a href="http://www.mtholyoke.edu/go/tour%5B/url%5D">http://www.mtholyoke.edu/go/tour</a></p>

Good luck!
