<p>Yeah everyone, so snail mails takes two weeks? And @ HiLine and my personal experience, EMS takes 10 to 14 days. Lousy service huh? Turned out I wasted 300K on that EA app to save 4 freaking days and they deferred me without a flinch >_<</p>

<p>EMS has a price of 1000VND/g. Each of my packages weighs 150g and I'm applying to upper 20 colleges :D All of the other fees are waived due to my parents' network :D
