It's transfer time and I need some advice!

Lately I've come to a crossroads with my education. I am 24 with a background in commerical flying and pilot instruction. My career field is a complete roller coaster so for the past 2 years I've taken off work and dedicated myself to college with the intentions of transfering into a 4 year Computer Science program. Well, it's that time and I'm having second thoughts about CS. Initially all I really wanted was a degree to help with future chances for airline employment or military opportunities - but I've come to realize that what I get a degree in should actually mean something to me. CS, being an excellent post-grad degree, doesn't really jive with who I am or what my interests are. I am now considering Environmental Science or a bachlors in Business Admin. I understand these degrees are vastly different, and most of what I've heard about Business Admin is bad (job wise). However, which will offer me the most flexibility post college - and which offers the best job options (should I decide to switch out of the pilot life)

Any and all advice would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance
