IU Early Action Acceptances - Class of 2025

I petitioned as a Direct Admit to Kelley School of Business. Basically, it shows your intent to be direct admit to Kelley.

When did he apply and petition?

Applied before 11/1…OOS…meet direct admit to Kelley…no word on admission

check your spam folder the kelley email comes across as business school not IU.
my son was accepted 11/24 got kelley email 12/4

I am not really sure. Check application in One.iu portal and search for application status app

That’s where we check. Haven’t been accepted to IU yet for some reason.

@erd1020 My friend’s son was impacted by the mold issue but is still there, just finished iCore and is doing well. He seems to have a good balance between work and socializing.

Here is an article about it:

Current IU student (watching acceptances because a close friend applied in September). The IU campus is large and full of green space and nature, there are even trails to walk through the woods on campus and immerse yourself in the greenery (its very nice to study in). There is a stream that runs through campus so we have lots of wildlife around campus too. Additionally, IU takes its landscaping very seriously and until about mid-November in the Fall semester you can expect planters to be filled with flowers in either seasonal or school colors and this begins again when the tulips bloom in the spring. The buildings are generally in nice condition and all the dorms have recently been quality controlled after mold issues in 2018, two of which were renovated entirely (McNutt and Foster). The campus leads right to downtown which has many little shops as well as too many restaurants to count. Near campus are a lot of really great places to hike too if your student is interested in that. Overall, the campus is gorgeous and the town around it is full of energy and things to do.

@Altius, he applied 10/31; accepted 12/3

Admissions emailed today to say that the Kelley decisions come 4-6 weeks after acceptance. Of course, that is not what I’ve seen on here, but we will sit on our hands for a few more weeks. LOL!

Have you emailed them and asked about it? If possible can you copy-paste the message they sent to you? Thank you!

Anybody hear anything today?

They just released a few more results. Accepted. 31 ACT (33 Super Score). OOS. No updates on Financial Aids or Kelleys or Email. Just the “Admission Status” has now changed to "
Congratulations! You’ve been admitted to Indiana University Bloomington. You should receive an email within one week of the date of your acceptance that provides information about your next steps. Welcome to the IU family!"
