Hello, I am a prospective IU student with a few questions.
- Can anyone who wasn't a Kelley Direct Admit comment on their experience? I've heard it's nearly impossible to get into Kelley if you aren't a direct admit and that you are short of given the short end of the stick by the time you get in.
- For the IU non-direct admits, how were the Pre-Kelley classes? I've heard they are extremely hard with very high withdrawal rates. Any truth to this?
- What is the general atmosphere on questions? I fear that because of IUs high acceptance rate, it is possibly filled with people who couldn't get in anywhere else and are there just to party and drink all the time. Any comments on this?
- Would someone with a 3.5 UW (4 scale), 4.1 W (5 scale) but a 1430 (760 CR, 670 M) SAT have a chance at petitioning to be a direct admit?
Thank you everyone.
