Who's with me?

Haha, nope I caught it this year, my junior year. I'm bored here and with school, I just want to move on already.

same here(got it 2nd semester frosh year). im a junior now...next years sched is just gonna get really wild. hon philosophyLOL

I've had it since beginning of my life, probably since kindergarten. Literally.

And mine's about 600 times worse than a normal one's senioritis.

^wanna bet...

Senioritis started to get to me at the end of my junior year, but thankfully my grades didn't slip. I was extremely motivated the first semester of my senior year, but second semester starts tomorrow (provided snow and ice doesn't keep us at home) and I'm really feeling quite lazy. I HAVE to keep my grades up though :)

Still have yet to catch me... hoping I will be okay for the rest of junior year =D

I think there is something wrong with me. I am a second semester senior, already accepted to a top 10 LAC, and I don't have a tinge of senioritis. I am just weird ...

maybe its just cos youre an anarchist, fu.ck the system man.

Anyone who decently knows me on here is perfectly aware that I am the most laziest (emphasized for the redundance) person in life.

No one else comes anywhere close to compare.

I've had senioritis ever since I realized how stupid the new admin for my school is freshman year and found a good college that I want to go to. I don't get bored with too many of my classes since I'm taking all AP, but I hate the admin. They are so sports-oriented they don't give academics a chance at all. Thankfully they have some pretty good teachers in upper-level classes, not that they care or acknowledge it at all. Can't wait to get out of here... :( (year and a half left, ughh)

inv, haha, i barely do hw, dont do readings, dont study for tests, stay up all night for no real reason and spend most of my weekends in cities/at concerts. the last paper i turned in for english didnt exactly have a thesis... if anyone was actually than me at getting work done, they would possibly be failing out of school.

plus ive recently decided that i want to go to art school where grades and SATs arent as huge of a deal, let the academic free fall begin.

you don't know senioritis until you're a senior

No, you didn't, OP.

I'm going to get a 4.0 UW gpa this semester, just because I'm doing it for me this time and not some faceless University.

...That, and my teachers are going really easy on all of us and I want to graduate Cum Laude. But the first reason sounds cooler, lol.

Same here.
It's especially bad here since I've realized that no matter what my stats are I'm not going anywhere good because my stats mean nothing with how bad of a school I go to. (See my School Board thread, or Journalismbuddah's Abscene Stupid Administration thread.)

I had a touch of senioritis in my sophomore year, but it didn't affect my grades. It just affected how motivated I was to participate in class and do a decent job on my homework. Senioritis is setting in currently because I just finished the second quarter and grades don't really matter anymore, but I'll probably still try to do well for myself.
