I am currently an IB high school student. Please chance me and give me suggestions or point out any areas of improvement for where I should or should not go based on the information I gave below. Also, please give a reason for why my chances at (ie) Boston Uni are low. Should I increase my ACT score etc? More specifically — I aim to go to Columbia or USC. But please consider these stats for any Ivy or highly ranked university. (Also, if you could say something like – I feel you are best fit for (ie.) Boston Univ because (insert reason here!) etc, that would be great too!)
IB Score - 35/45
ACT - 30
SAT - 1400 (new SATs)
(Should I increase this? If so, by how much and for which university?)
My Course Load

100+ hours of community service in the course of all my high school years. (Should I increase this amount? By how much?)
