No chance man, sorry. I recommend you take a stroll through the following decision threads of popular Ivy league schools, and stand in awe of how slim your chances are. Best of Luck!

To be truthful, and in applying to Ivy League colleges, and having friends apply to college, and in hearing people, as in my college guidance counselor, talk about admissions and colleges, I would say that your chances are slim, but I think you do have a chance though. I think, as said, it would help if you improved your SAT score, because they are looked at very strongly in the US, and so are subject tests. My friend, who applied as an international student, and lived in the US but wasnt a citizen, took about six APs total (Junior and Senior year, she came Junior year btw), had about a 2200 SAT score, was a leader in three clubs, had countless EC’s, had straight A’s, and all other great aspects of an application including the essay, and still didnt get into Yale. What I’m trying to say, is that anything you can do to better your application, as in improved SAT scores, and really good subject tests scores, will help you, and give you a chance, but some of the best students out there still dont get in, so just keep an open mind. I hope that helped, and good luck!!!
