Ivy league-engineering chances

Do you think that I can get into any ivy schools for engineering. I found out that Harvard, Dartmouth, yale and Brown aren't top ranked engineering schools and Harvard actually has like a 16% acceptance rate (more than I thought).

Even if their engineering are not very strong, they are still very competitive just because of their names. The admission stats already include their engineering schools, so your chance is still not good.

You haven’t done much to demonstrate your interest in engineering. Also, these schools are still hyper-selective.

Why would you want to go to the ivies for engineering when most of them aren’t the best engineering schools?

Remember, engineering is desirable: the guy who went to harvard for engineering isn’t gonna get paid more than the guy who went to Georgia Tech.

Good Engineering Schools tend to include the public ivies:
Umich
Univ. Illinois Urbana Champaign
Stanford
UC Berkeley
Georgia Tech

Sounds to me that you’re in the ivies simply for the names. Believe me, that isn’t nearly important for engineering as for less desirable majors.
