Hi, I am currently in process of Ivy league track and field.
I was wondering how many athletes there are in each events in Ivy league schools approximately?
I'm trying to figure out how many slots there will be for me.

Thank you

Just check the rosters on each team’s website. You’ll see the number of athletes at your event plus the year they’re graduating

Varska
I know but I want to know approximately what the maximum number of athletes per events is in Ivy schools.

Tracktown, that number is going to vary from school to school and year to year. There may be a year that Penn is light on discus throwers, for example, and stacked with high jumpers. But that could change the following year. The roster check I mentioned will give you a good feel where a team may have needs

Varska,

Thank you:)

Hi tracktownusa! I’m going through the same process right now Go on tffrs.org and look up the schools you want to attend. Check if your PRs measure up to the athletes already on the team, and whether or not the team has a need for people in your event.
