My daughter is a junior in HS and would like to swim in college. I think her times are competitive for the Ivy League. Does anyone on this site have experience with women's swimming at these schools? I have questions about the protocol for contacting coaches. Does anyone know the times necessary to stimulate interest at this level? Any help would be appreciated.

your question is to broad to answer without knowing specific events. you can look up times from every school in the country that has a swim team. you can base your daughters times off of that.

also, go on the teams website. they usually have results posted from past meets, and archives from last year which show the top times through the end of their season.

some ivy schools are not extremely fast but some are, and other schools (that could be easier to get into) may be a better fit time wise.

good luck
