Looks like some godlike prestigious full ride scholarship, but I can’t seem to find too much else about it.

Congrats! That is indeed a full ride. They pay for everything, even parking. All you would need is some spending money and laundry money. I sent you a PM with some more information. You will get a package very soon that has some goodies as well as all the paperwork. You will get invited to spend a weekend on campus, staying with another Jacobs Scholar and they have a reception Friday night so you can meet all the other scholars.

To keep the Jacobs scholarship, you must stay in Engineering and maintain a gpa of >3.5. If your gpa drops below the 3.6 but still stays above a 3.0, you would still keep the Regents part. Without need, that is $2000 but if you have financial need, Regents will cover it. If you switch out of Engineering, Regents goes with you but not Jacobs.
